What are we About?
APE Scare and Care Inc is a 501c3 nonprofit agency that focuses on establishing events to give support, aid or supplies to other charities in need in our local community. We work with other charities to see what they need and try to support them. We try to help as many charities as we can a year in hopes to make our community a better place. We all are volunteers that love what we do and just want to help in any way that we can.

Fright Night Mansion
A haunted house in Upstate NY. This is a fundraising event that started it all.
Pool Tournaments
We are planning to have multiple pool tournaments to help us make money.
Gaming Event
We are looking into starting an annual D&D gaming session. This is going to be an immersive experience into our D&D world.
Christmas Walkthrough
Come join us for the Christmas spirit of giving with our Christmas walkthrough .
2nd Annual APE Pool Tournament
Coming March 9th at the Sicz club on Washington street in Auburn, NY. we will be holding our 2nd annual pool tournament. The cost is $20 per person. $10 will go to us to help with rent and other expense’s. $10 will be going into the prize pool. There will be 50/50 and other raffles.
A Holiday Experience is a holiday walkthrough with lights, decorations, blow-up and music for the Holiday season and is suitable for all ages. There will be character’s in side the walkthrough that you can talk to and hang out with. This walkthrough is as long or as short as you want. Come in and relax in our holiday park and watch the lights. You walk at your own pace and enjoy the environment. There will also be free Hot chocolate at the end for anyone that walks through. You will also be able to get your pictures taken with a character of your choice for a small fee (Price not determined yet).
If you don’t want to wrap your present this year, we have you covered. For a donation to our charity we will wrap your gift for you. We help you save time and you help out a good cause.
There will be raffles and contest throughout the month. Come down and see us for a good time.
Fright Night Mansion

APE Scare and Care Inc is a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Auburn, which focuses on establishing events to give support, aid or supplies to other charities in need in our local community. We are looking for sponsors for an upcoming event. The event we are looking to get sponsored is Fright Night Mansion. For over 30 years Fright Night Mansion has been providing Cayuga County and beyond with high quality entertainment every Halloween season. With hundreds of volunteer hours to building and thousands of dollars donated to various charities like Matthews House, Hospice, Hugs for Cara, and Cayuga county veterans to name a few. Your money will also fund our Christmas Walkthrough that will be held in the same spot in the Fingerlakes Mall this December.

This event is to raise money for the Finger Lakes SPCA of CNY and Hug’s from Cara. It will be $7 per person for cash and $8 per person for Credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo.
