A.P.E. Scare and Care Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to establishing events that provide support, aid, or supplies to other charities, families, and individuals in need within our local community. We are a team of passionate volunteers who create high-quality entertainment to raise funds and awareness for local causes.
Your Impact:
Your sponsorship directly helps us cover essential event costs like venue rent, insurance, and supplies. This allows us to maximize the funds we raise and donate more to deserving charities. This year, we are looking to raise $6,000 in sponsorships to ensure our events are a huge success and that we can give back as much as possible to the community.

Sponsorship Tiers
We offer several sponsorship levels designed to fit any budget. Every sponsor receives a donation receipt that can be used on your taxes at the end of the year.
- Tier 1 – $25: 2in x 12in name on a sign in front of the events.
- Tier 2 – $50: 4in x 12in name on a sign in front of the events. You will also get two free passes for both events.
- Tier 3 – $100: 6in x 12in name and logo on a sign in front of the events. We will put your name and logo on our flyers, and you will get four free passes for both events.
- Tier 4 – $250: 8in by 12in name and logo on a sign in front of the events. Your name and logo will be put on the flyer and all our social media. You will get one sponsor t-shirt and six free passes for both events.
- Tier 5 – $500: 10in by 12in name and logo on a sign in front of the events. Your name and logo will be put on the flyer and all our social media. You will also get three sponsor t-shirts and eight free passes for both events.
- Tier 6 – $1000 (Main Sponsor): 12in by 12in name and logo on a sign in front of the events. You will be the main sponsor, and your name will be connected to the event on the front of the flyer. We will also buy a banner 1.7 ft by 3ft with your name and logo, which you will keep after the events. You will also get posts on all our social media and websites, five sponsor t-shirts, and twelve free passes for both events.
